Doctors:

As a pediatrician, I recognize the importance of providing breastfeeding moms with support and education to help them be successful with breastfeeding.  Jenn is an outstanding lactation consultant who provides my families with the highest level of compassion, understanding and knowledge. She is a great asset to our families.
— Dr. Steven Martel, MD, FAAP - Pediatrician
Jenn is an amazing lactation consultant who has helped many new moms whom I work with as they navigate nursing challenges and questions. She is knowledgeable, warm, and serves as a kind support to new families. I highly recommend that new moms connect with Jenn for any and all of their nursing/breastfeeding questions and needs.
— Dr. Juli Fraga, PsyD - Psychologist

Clients:

Breastfeeding is assumed to be easy, but it was anything but easy. The books I read did not provide all of the support and help I needed to establish and build a strong breastfeeding relationship with my baby. Jenn was an invaluable resource providing suggestions for helping my baby latch on properly, getting my baby to nurse longer, and increasing my milk supply. As my baby grew and her needs changed, Jenn guided me by empowering me with the knowledge to be a good provider. I could not have continued to nurse for as long as I had planned without her support. Moreover, I was overwhelmed by new motherhood. All the feelings and changes, including with regard to my partner, were just too much sometimes. Jenn supported me with sensitivity, warmth, and humor. She provided the perspective I needed to take each rollercoaster moment in stride.

Jenn is amazing. She was highly recommended by a few friends and by our pediatrician. I’ve worked with her after each of my sons was born, and have been so grateful for her help each time. With my second son, just an hour with Jenn (via virtual technology, given the shelter-in-place) successfully and instantly transformed painful breastfeeding sessions (that were leaving me wondering whether breastfeeding was going to happen with my second kid)) into easy successful ones. Thank you, Jenn!
— Rita (Kai & Rio's mom)
Jenn is incredibly passionate about her work as a lactation consultant. It seems that she is constantly reading all kinds of literature to broaden her knowledge and keep up with the latest recommendations. She maintains a wide network of colleagues and isn’t afraid to ask them for help when needed. But the thing I appreciated most about Jenn was her non-judgmental, incredibly encouraging, and wonderfully nurturing way with me and my family. Breastfeeding was painful and challenging for me, and I needed a lot of support, both physically and emotionally. Jenn became an invaluable resource for us — we looked forward to her visits for many reasons, not least of which was to calm our frayed, new-parent nerves.
— Meredith (Sage & Rye's mom)
When I was pregnant with my second child I was very hesitant about breastfeeding because I had so much difficulty with my first. Jennifer helped me overcome my fears by educating me during my pregnancy and reassuring me that every child is different. Shortly after the birth, I had a consult with Jennifer, and in a very calming way, she got me through the first couple of very trying days. If it wasn’t for her patience, guidance, and knowledge I wouldn’t have persevered and succeeded in my goal of breastfeeding.
